Caring for Saskatchewan’s tiniest patients is anything but an easy job. Babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) need constant monitoring and 24-hour care, making for long shifts and high levels of stress for neonatal caregivers. But ask any NICU staff member you meet how they like their job and they will tell you it’s the best job in the world.
Thanks to Rider Nation for supporting healthy children and families in Saskatchewan through their support of the Co-op-Roughriders Game Day Approved product line. The Co-op-Rider partnership will donate about $110,000 to the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan from sales to date in 2014, up from $95,000 last year. A total of $526,000 has been raised in Saskatchewan since this partnership began in 2010.
Listeners of the 12th Annual Children’s Hospital Radiothon have once again responded with overwhelming generosity, setting a new record for southern Saskatchewan’s largest fundraiser for the new Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan.
