10th Annual Children’s Hospital Radiothon in Regina Raised Over $310,000

The 10th Annual Children’s Hospital Radiothon presented by CIBC Wood Gundy, held November 7–8, 2012, was a tremendous success raising $310,943.27 for specialized pediatric equipment and the new Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan.

“We are so thankful to our many donors, sponsors, volunteers and families who came together to raise $310,943.27 for the enhancement of children’s healthcare and the Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan!” says Brynn Boback-Lane, President and CEO of the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan. “The mission of the Children’s Hospital Foundation has been and will continue to be raising funds for the enhancement of children’s healthcare through child-friendly equipment, pediatric medical research, education and patient care services at the new Children’s Hospital. The Foundation has always had great support from Saskatchewan, in particular Regina and southern Saskatchewan, and this Radiothon is yet another example of the generosity of Saskatchewan people! Thanks to everyone who contributed to support Saskatchewan’s children and their families and a huge thanks to our donors who have made this vision a reality through their ongoing support over the past decade. This total represents a great celebration in honour of the children and families of Saskatchewan.”
