Making spirits bright around the year
Thank you Saskatchewan — this past holiday season you helped make spirits bright for Saskatchewan kids and families in hospital.
Throughout the 2020 holiday season, donors in 110 communities from nine different provinces and states across Canada and the US made gifts towards the 7th annual Making Spirits Bright Holiday Giving campaign.
Thanks to these generous hearts, along with a $50,000 match from Conexus Credit Union, an incredible $160,064 was raised.
Donors chose from eight different heartfelt options that will go on to make a tremendous impact in the lives of children and families in the province.
These donations will help kids breathe better and cope with hospital experiences. They will help make pokes less painful and let kids explore their world with better access to mobility equipment.
Donations will also protect the smallest and sickest babies, as well as build better childbirth experiences for Saskatchewan moms.
“The Making Spirits Bright Holiday Giving campaign was a tremendous success, thanks to you. Children and families in Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital have benefited from receiving gifts of hope and health from the generosity shown by the people of Saskatchewan, throughout Canada, and even the United States. While the holiday season was different this year, the needs of our children and mothers-to-be remain constant and your tremendous support truly did make the season brighter. Thank you to every donor,” said Brynn Boback-Lane, President and CEO of Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation.
You can donate to make a difference today in the lives of sick kids and families in hospital.
