Children’s Miracle Network & Canada’s Children’s Hospital Foundations

We are a proud member of Canada’s Children’s Hospital Foundations – the largest non-government funder of child health in Canada. Canada’s Children’s Hospital Foundation is a national voice for children’s health and helps raise support for children’s hospitals in local communities, including Saskatchewan’s Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital.

We are proud to be the sole Saskatchewan member of Children’s Miracle Network, which is one of North America’s leading children’s charities. Children’s Miracle Network raises funds for more than 170 children’s hospitals, including 14 across Canada. Funds raised locally stay right here in Saskatchewan. We are grateful for the support from our corporate Children’s Miracle Network partners:

Miracles happen every May at Walmart during Miracle Month when associates collect donations at cash registers, asking customers to join them in supporting Saskatchewan kids. Staff also host internal fundraising events, including bake sales, steak nights, and popcorn sales in support of Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation. Walmart Canada is also the sponsor of the Champions program, which brings together kids from twelve children’s hospital foundations from across Canada to celebrate pediatric health care. Every year, we select a Saskatchewan child who has triumphed despite medical challenges to represent kids from across the province.

Fundraising is sweet all year-long at Dairy Queen but culminates with Miracle Treat Day in August where franchisees donate 100% of the proceeds from every Blizzard sold in Saskatchewan to Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation.  Dairy Queen also fundraises year-round by selling Miracle Balloon icons, collecting donations in their kid-friendly coin canisters, hosting in-store events, and participating in Lindsey’s Cakes for Miracles where $1 from every ice cream cake sold is donated at participating locations.

TD employees across Saskatchewan dedicate the month of June to hosting in-branch fundraisers in support of our province’s children. These events range from BBQs to book sales and even head shaving! TD Bank Group also offers an Automated Monthly Donation program to their customers, where TD matches customer and employee donations across Canada up to $1 million annually.

RE/MAX agents across Saskatchewan help support Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation through the Miracle Home Program, where participating agents make a donation with each transaction. We invite you and your agents to participate in the Miracle Home Program through Children’s Miracle Network, and raise funds for children’s health care, right here in Saskatchewan. Every dollar donated in Saskatchewan, stays in Saskatchewan, to help our province’s children receive the best health care possible.

Costco’s signature fundraiser, the Miracle Balloon Campaign, runs throughout the month of May at Saskatchewan locations in Regina and Saskatoon. To energize and support the campaign, Costco also invests significantly in a corporate match program. Costco warehouses from coast-to-coast along with their associates and members truly do make miracles happen!

Air Canada Foundation provides thousands of flights for families and kids across Canada, by donating over 20 million Aeroplan Miles to the Hospital Transportation Program. This program helps families who need to travel out-of-province for medical care or treatment. If you or someone you know would benefit from this program, please email for more information on the application process. Air Canada Foundation also supports the Children’s Hospital Jeans & Jewels Gala and the Children’s Hospital Radiothon with the amazing donation of flights for live auction and volunteer incentives.

We would also like to thank the following Children’s Miracle Network partners:
