Sebastian Bogdan, a beautiful and vibrant 4-year-old boy became suddenly ill in the fall of 2017 and passed away weeks later. Sebastian’s family understands the need for high-level care for sick kids in the province of Saskatchewan and wants to find ways to help make this possible.
