Executive Assistant to the President and CEO

Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation is seeking a professional, highly energetic individual to provide high level support to the President and CEO, by way of technical and administrative support as well as play an integral role within senior management and the administrative team. This position includes responsibility for managing all areas relating to the President and CEO, data entry, management and reporting, researching prospects and proposal writing, relationship management, high level administrative and event support along with answering calls, scheduling and supporting the Board of Directors. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media knowledge, exceptional organizational and communication skills, customer service and a teamwork mentality. The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, high level technical computer skills and telephone etiquette which are mandatory for this fast paced environment. A highly organized team player is needed who pays attention to detail, has the ability to research new funding opportunities as well as perform a variety of duties as assigned. A certificate from a recognized business college, Adobe InDesign and experience in working with Raiser’s Edge software is considered an asset.
