Conexus Matching Funds

“Conexus is committed to building Saskatchewan. Our youth are a vital part of the future,” stated Eric Dillon, CEO Conexus Credit Union. “Saskatchewan needs a children’s hospital. We are excited to launch the Conexus Matching Funds Project – Building the Children’s Hospital.”

“This leadership commitment by Conexus to the Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan is very important, not only financially, but through the engagement of their thousands of employees and members across Saskatchewan,” stated Grant Kook, Capital Campaign Co-Chair and Chairman of the Board of the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan. “This important project is about Government, companies and donors coming together to provide more hope and comfort to Saskatchewan families when their children are ill. Conexus’s matching program exemplifies how their culture of partnerships benefits this important dream we all have for a Children’s Hospital in this province.”

“The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan is grateful to Conexus Credit Union for their vision in launching this provincial matching donation program.” says Brynn Boback-Lane, President and CEO of the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan. “These funds will support equipment and patient care services within a hospital environment that provides dedicated health care for children, mothers and their families. Conexus Credit Union exemplifies the spirit of community and generosity that exists in Saskatchewan.”

“For Conexus Credit Union, its employees, members and volunteers to play such a key role will help all of us make this provincial hospital everything it should be,” says Jim Rhode, Chair, Saskatoon Regional Health Authority. “We look forward to seeing the results of this exciting campaign. Your gifts will help to provide state of the art equipment and ensure patients and families facing difficult circumstances have what they need to feel more comfortable and supported.”

The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan is the sole Foundation responsible for fundraising for the Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan. This new provincial hospital will serve children and mothers from across the province, offering leading-edge health care equipment and technology, research programs and innovation—this is a provincial children’s hospital with focus on family-centred care.
