Radiothon Raises $302,000 for Kids in Saskatchewan
The 9th Annual Children’s Hospital Radiothon – Regina held November 2 – 3, 2011, has been a huge success raising over $302,871.00 for the new Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan.
“We are so thankful to the many sponsors, volunteers and families who worked together on this project to help raise over $302,000 for the enhancement of children’s healthcare and the Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan! The mission of the Children’s Hospital Foundation has been and will continue to be, raising funds to “fill the halls” of the new hospital with child-friendly equipment, pediatric medical research, education and patient care services. The Foundation has always had great support from Saskatchewan, in particular Regina and southern Saskatchewan, and this Radiothon is yet another example of the generosity of Saskatchewan people! Thanks to everyone who helped to raise these much-needed dollars to support Saskatchewan’s children and their families and a huge thanks to our donors who make this vision a reality.” says Brynn Boback-Lane, President and CEO of the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan.
The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan would like to thank our sponsors:
CIBC Wood Gundy, Subway, Evraz, Great West Life, London Life and Canada Life and Air Canada Kids’ Horizons and our media partners at Harvard Broadcasting – 620 CKRM, my92.1 and 104.9 The WOLF.
