At 39 weeks pregnant Wells’ mom was told that he had MPPH syndrome, an extremely rare genetic condition. It was later discovered that Wells had a tumour on his adrenal gland and after further testing, he was diagnosed with right adrenal neuroblastoma. Since Wells was born he has gone to many appointments at JPCH in the departments of neurology, neurosurgery and oncology. Despite his health struggles, Wells is a happy boy who loves going for walks, playing with his family’s dogs, and watching movies.
