10th Annual Children’s Hospital Radiothon Raises Over $400,000
The 10th Annual Children’s Hospital Radiothon in Saskatoon held February 1, 2 & 3, 2012, was a huge success raising over $407,484 for the new Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan. This event was broadcast live in partnership with the Saskatoon Media Group stations Magic 98.3 FM, 92.9 The Bull and 600 CJWW.
A very special THANK YOU to North Ridge Development Corporation for their amazing $200,000 match.
“We are so thankful to Wally and Colleen Mah of North Ridge Development Corp. and the Saskatoon Media Group as well as the many sponsors, volunteers and families who worked together on this project to help raise $407,484 and counting. These important funds will be used for the enhancement of children’s healthcare and the Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan.” stated Brynn Boback-Lane, President and CEO for the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan. “The mission of the Children’s Hospital Foundation has been and will continue to be, raising funds to ‘fill the halls’ of the new hospital with child-friendly equipment, pediatric medical research, education and patient care services. The Foundation has always had great support from Saskatchewan and this Radiothon is yet another example of the generosity of Saskatchewan people!
