Piper Family Donates $125,000 to Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan
Children needing specialized care for heart-related conditions will soon see their specialist in a state-of-the-art Echo Exam room within Pediatric Outpatients at Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan, thanks to a generous contribution of $125,000, made in loving memory of Dylon Piper. At just 25 years of age, Dylon died from cardiac arrhythmia – an abnormal heartbeat that disrupted the normal functioning of his heart.
Dylon Piper’s memory will live on at Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan thanks to this generous gift that will ensure children and families receive the specialized cardiac care they need in an ECHO Exam Room in Pediatric Outpatients.
The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan thanks the Piper family for creating positive change by enhancing pediatric healthcare in Saskatchewan.
“We are tremendously grateful to the Piper family for supporting heart health in our province,” says Brynn Boback-Lane, President & CEO of Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation. “This gift to our new maternal and children’s hospital is a truly meaningful and lasting way to honour Dylon’s memory.”
