Get a smile, give a smile: Tim Hortons Smile Cookies are back
Cookies just taste better when they support a good cause! Smile Cookies are back from Sept. 16 to 22, helping support our province’s kids in hospital.
For one week only, you can purchase signature chocolate chunk cookies, decorated with blue eyes and an iconic pink smile at Tim Hortons for $1.
The full $1 from each Smile Cookie sold at any location in Saskatoon, Davidson, Martensville or Warman will go directly to Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation.
That means every dollar from your Smile Cookie helps improve pediatric and maternal health care for our babies, kids, moms and families.
“Smile Cookie week is a chance for guests to buy an amazing cookie, with a great smile for only $1 and 100 per cent of that money goes back to the group of our choosing. The restaurant owners from Saskatoon, Davidson, Martensville and Warman believe strongly that Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital is the right organization to partner with for Smile Cookie week,” said Danielle Robson, a Saskatoon Tim Hortons Franchisee.
“We can’t wait for the hospital to open to the public and we are so proud to have been able to support this great cause for the past 12 years! Come out and buy a smile and bring a smile to a child’s face,” Robson said.
Last year, more than $67,000 was raised through this tasty initiative! After 12 amazing years, this marks the final year of this incredible fundraising effort.
“This is a simple and sweet way that you can make a difference in the lives of kids in hospital,” said Sash Broda, Manager, Development and Engagement at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation. “By purchasing a Smile Cookie, you are making an impact in your community, as the province’s first-ever dedicated maternal and children’s hospital is about to open its doors.”
You can share your smiles and show your support for Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation on social media using the hashtag #SmileCookie.
